颅内静脉窦血栓形成的临床特点及其磁共振静脉成像与256层螺旋CT诊断评价

摘    要:目的:探究256层螺旋CT与磁共振应用于颅内静脉窦血栓形成的诊断效果,分析其临床应用意义。方法:选择我院从2014年3月至2017年2月间收治的颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者50例均行增强扫描作为研究对象,对所有患者应用256层螺旋CT和(1.5T)磁共振扫描检查,将256层螺旋CT诊断结果记录为实验组,将磁共振诊断结果记录为对照组,对比两组患者的诊断有效性。结果:实验组患者中检出病灶为21 (84.00%),而对照组中总共检出病灶20(80.00%),实验结果显示,实验组中检出率更高,但两组间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将256层螺旋CT磁共振检测应用于颅内静脉窦血栓中进行诊断,能够有效减少误诊率,提高诊断有效性。检查结果为CT增强静脉成像优于磁共振检测,但单纯应用磁共振静脉成像进行检测,也能够获得一定的诊断效果。所以在临床诊断时,一方面应当根据患者的具体症状表现,选择合适的诊断方案,另一方面必要时也需要采用多种方式联合的诊断方法,才能保证患者的诊断准确性,提高患者的治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the diagnostic effect of 256-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging on intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, and to analyze its clinical application significance. Methods: Fifty patients with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to February 2017 were enrolled in an enhanced scan. All patients were treated with 256-slice spiral CT and(1.5T) magnetic resonance imaging. Scanning examination, the diagnosis results of 256-slice spiral CT were recorded as the experimental group, and the results of magnetic resonance diagnosis were recorded as the control group, and the diagnostic validity of the two groups of patients was compared. Results: The number of lesions detected in the experimental group was 21(84.00%), while the total number of lesions detected in the control group was 20(80.00%). The experimental results showed that the detection rate was higher in the experimental group, but the difference between the two groups did not. Statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of 256-slice spiral CT magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis can effectively reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and improve the diagnostic effectiveness. The results of CT-enhanced vein imaging are superior to those of magnetic resonance imaging. However, the use of magnetic resonance venography alone for detection can also achieve a certain diagnostic effect. Therefore, in the clinical diagnosis, on the one hand, according to the specific symptoms of the patient, the appropriate diagnostic plan should be selected. On the other hand, if necessary, a combination of diagnostic methods is needed to ensure the patient's diagnostic accuracy and improve the patient's treatment effect.
