摘    要:为挖掘四川烟草主栽区根际促生菌资源,采集5个烟草主栽区根际土壤样品,采用稀释平板法分离微生物。通过检测菌株产IAA、铁载体和HCN的能力,从分离的微生物中筛选促生菌并构建促生菌系,检测促生菌系对烟草主栽品种种子发芽率的影响。结果表明,分离的923株微生物中,有5株细菌(YBT-003-B-5、YB-001-B-8、FY-001-B-9、MT-002-B-12、L2-001-B-16)具有较好的促生能力。促生菌系1345(YBT-003-B-5、FY-001-B-9、MT-002-B-12、L2-001-B-16)能显著提高烟草种子的发芽率。16S rDNA序列分析结果表明,菌株YBT-003-B-5、FY-001-B-9、MT-002-B-12分别属于Bacillus tequilensis、Enterobacter xiangfangensi、Klebsiella variicola,菌株L2-001-B-16可能属于肠杆菌科(Enterobacteriaceae)的新类群。
