摘    要:对于风储联合系统中储能容量和充放电控制优化问题,从风储联合系统的供电可靠性和功率波动性角度进行研究。为了抑制储能系统的过冲过放现象,提出一种考虑储能荷电状态(state of charge, SOC)参量的充放电优化控制策略。该策略采用模糊控制方法,根据储能的SOC,引入调整系数对充放电功率进行干预。最后基于IEEE-RTS79可靠性测试系统,通过对某实际风场数据进行分析,验证该策略可以有效提高系统的供电可靠性,改善功率波动性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of storage capacity and charging & discharging control optimization in the wind-storage system, the power supply reliability and power fluctuation of system were studied. To prevent the overshoot discharge phenomenon of energy storage system, a consideration energy storage state of charge(SOC)optimization control strategy of charge and discharge was put forward. The fuzzy control method was adopted, according to the energy storage SOC, and the coefficient was introduced to adjust the charge and discharge power. Based on IEEE-RTS79 reliability test system, through the analysis of a real wind field data, the study verified that the strategy could effectively improve the power supply reliability and the power fluctuation of the system.
