生态保护红线划定中生物多样性重要性评价的不同方法对比研究

摘    要:生态保护红线的划定可以规范人类活动,控制人类活动强度对于维护区域的生态完整性、生态服务功能的可持续性和解决生态环境问题具有重要意义。目前生态保护红线划分的理论和技术尚不完善,其中科学地评价不同区域内生物多样性保护的重要性是生态保护红线划定的重要环节。本研究基于 MODIS 遥感影像,利用环保部 NPP 定量指标法对鹤壁市生物多样性保护重要性进行了评价,并同综合模型评价法进行了比较。结果表明在市级尺度上,模型方法与实地调查更为一致,而生态保护红线指南的方法存在诸多问题。本研究为生物多样性重要性评价及其生态保护红线的划分技术提供理论支撑与依据。

Abstract:Definition of ecological protection redline can regulate human activities and control the intensity of human activities, which is great significance to maintain the ecological integrity of the region, the sustainability of ecological service function and solve the ecological and environmental problems. At present, the theory and technology of ecological protection redline delineation are not perfect, among which the importance of scientific evaluation of biodiversity conservation in different regions is an important link in ecological protection redline delineation. Based on MODIS remote sensing image, this paper evaluates the importance of biodiversity conservation in Hebi City by using NPP quantitative index method and model evaluation method. The results showed that the model evaluation method was more consistent with the field survey on the city scale, and there were many problems in the ecological redline guide method.This study provides theoretical support and decision-making basis for regional biodiversity conservation.
