| 摘 要： | 目的:对比并分析在诊断原发性肝癌中应用螺旋CT、能谱CT和MRI影像学方法的临床价值。方法:纳入2016年12月至2017年7月本院原发性肝癌病人84例,按照随机排列方法,分为甲组、乙组和丙组,每组各28例,甲组实施螺旋CT影像学检查、乙组实施能谱CT影像学影像学检查、丙组给予MRI影像学检查,对比三组病人临床总有效率。结果:经相关影像学检查后丙组病人总有效率明显高于甲组和乙组,结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:MRI影像学检查原发性肝癌病人诊断价值较高,临床具有广泛使用意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the diagnostic value of spiral CT, spectral CT and MRI(magnetic resonance imaging) in primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods: 84 primary hepatic carcinoma patients treated from December 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to 3 groups, 28 cases in each group. Group A was checked with spiral CT, Group B was checked with spectral CT, Group C was treated with MRI. The total effective rate was compared. Results: The total effective rate in Group C was statistically higher than that of Group A and Group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: For primary hepatic carcinoma, the MRI is great importance in clinical practice. |
