高频彩超对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断价值

目的:探讨高频彩超对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断价值。方法:选取本院于2017年4月-2018年4月收治的312例乳腺良恶性肿块患者,均开展高频彩超(观察组)与X线钼靶检查(对照组),术后对比病理检查结果。结果:高频彩超病灶诊断符合率97.76%(305/312),X线钼靶符合率为91.03%(284/312),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对乳腺良恶性肿块患者,对其采用高频彩超进行检查,诊断效果好于X线钼靶检查,临床应用价值高。

Diagnosis Value of High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound for Benign and Malignant Breast Masses

Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound for benign and malignant breast masses. Methods: 312 patients with benign and malignant breast masses admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were elected. They were checked with application of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound(observation group) and X-ray mammography examination(control group). Postoperative results were compared with pathological findings. Results: The diagnostic coincidence rate of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound was 97.76%(305/312) while the diagnostic coincidence rate of X-ray mammography examination was 91.03%(284/312). The difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with benign and malignant breast masses, the diagnosis effect of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound is better than that of X-ray mammography examination. The value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in clinical application is high.
