| 摘 要： | 为了评价再造烟叶表面黏性,通过考察样品的制备条件及仪器参数设置,建立了再造烟叶表面黏附力的检测方法,并对该方法进行了重复性、差异性验证。结果表明:(1)再造烟叶样品的最佳制备条件为:平衡温度30℃,平衡相对湿度85%,平衡时间24 h;(2)质构仪的参数设置为:探头选用圆柱形探头,感应力4.90 N,挤压时间30 s,上拉速度20 mm/s;(3)检测方法结果重复性好,日间重复性实验RSD为4.72%,用建立的方法检测9个实验样品发现,不同厂家再造烟叶的表面黏附力存在明显差异。
