CT在肝癌介入治疗中的作用探讨

目的:探讨CT在肝癌介入治疗中的作用。方法:选择2016至2018年我院介入治疗的肝癌患者84例,均选择CT以及DSA进行介入手术引导,对比分析影像学检查结果。结果:84例患者中CT检查共发现病灶136个,供血血管215条;DSA检查发现病灶121个,供血血管143条;CT检查病灶与血管发现率明显高于DSA检查(P<0.05)。两种检查方法的肿瘤大小不存在明显差异(P>0.05)。CT检查能够对肝肿瘤实质性进行分析,而碘油沉积图像显示效果明显优于DSA检查(P<0.05)。结论:CT检查对于肝癌介入手术治疗有良好的指导作用,能够确定肝癌病灶以及血管的情况,同时能够显示治疗后的碘油沉积。

The Role of CT in Interventional Treatment of Liver Cancer

Objective:To investigate the role of CT in the interventional treatment of liver cancer.Methods:A total of84patients with liver cancer who underwent interventional treatment in our hospital from2016to2018were selected.Both CT and DSA were selected for interventional surgery to guide and contrast the imaging findings.Results:In the84patients,136lesions and215blood supply vessels were found on CT;121lesions were found on DSA examination,and143blood supply vessels were provided;the detection rate of lesions and blood vessels on CT examination was significantly higher than that of DSA examination(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in tumor size between the two examination methods(P>0.05).The CT examination can analyze the liver tumors substantially,and the lipiodol deposition image display effect is obviously better than the DSA examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CT examination has a good guiding role for the interventional treatment of liver cancer,and can determine the liver cancer lesions and blood vessels.The situation can also show the deposition of lipiodol after treatment.
