| 摘 要： | 目的:研究经阴道联合腹部超声检查在子宫肌瘤诊断中的临床价值分析。方法:将386例2015年1月-2018年8月间于我院接受临床治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,将386例患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组作为研究对象。对照组患者采用经阴道超声检查,观察组患者采用经阴道联合腹部超声检查,观察患者的临床确诊率。结果:经对比,观察组患者临床确诊率明显要高于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科肿瘤患者采取经阴道联合腹部超声检查的方式可以帮助患者进行诊断,提高了患者的子宫肌瘤临床确诊率,值得在临床中应用推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical value of transvaginal combined with abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma. Methods: 386 patients with uterine leiomyoma who received clinical treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were examined by transvaginal ultrasound, while the patients in the observation group were examined by transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound, and the clinical diagnosis rate was observed. Results: The clinical diagnosis rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasonography can help patients diagnose gynecological tumors and improve the clinical diagnosis rate of patients with uterine leiomyoma, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
