电厂机组监测系统的研究

摘    要:保证电厂机组设备安全有效的运作,关键在于能否对其运行数据进行快速、全面、准确地采集和处理分析,并根据分析结果,快速地做出判断和动作。该文详细介绍了一种基于定点数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320LF2407的电厂机组监测系统,详细介绍了该系统各部分的设计思想和硬件实现电路,以及系统的软件实现。配合组态软件控制,对硬件进行了实验。实验表明,该系统克服了传统监测系统控制呆板,实时性差等缺点外,还可以对大、中、小任意型号机组进行透明监测。

Abstract:To guarantee the running safety of the machine, the accurate and exhaustive measurement of operational data is required.And the monitoring system can make out estimation and orders correctly and quickly based on data analyzing.Therefore,the paper introduces competent machine monitoring system and configuration software respectively,which adopts TMS320LF2407A as main processor.The way of designing every part of the system hardware circuit and software implementation are detailed as well.With the software controlling,a trial is done on the hardware.The experiment verifies that the system can cope with the disadvantages of single-control and bad real-time in traditional ones.Meanwhile,it can monitor any-sized machine completely.
