摘    要:对Y形流管无阀压电泵进行了结构分析,具体分析了压电振子的振动,建立了泵容积变化方程和泵流量与压电振子频率之间的理论关系方程。最后通过实验,证明Y形流管无阀压电泵具有泵特性;进而证明了所述理论模型的正确性,完善了Y形流管无阀压电泵理论。

Abstract:The flow characteristics of the well may be causing micro-nano-scale new type of valveless piezoelectric pump with Y-shape pipe structure analysis,and specific analysis of the piezoelectric oscillator vibration,established a pump equations and volume changes pump flow and piezoelectric oscillator frequency theoretical relationship between the equation.Finally,through experiments to prove that the Y-shaped flow of a piezoelectric pump valveless pump characteristics,further proved the correctness of the above theoretical model,thus further improving valveless piezoelectric pump theory.
