底部框架-密肋复合墙房屋结构抗震设计方法

摘    要:针对地震作用下砌体墙容易开裂、延性较差和混凝土墙刚度过大易导致薄弱层向上转移等问题,提出在房屋底层设置刚度可调、延性良好的新型抗侧力构件——密肋复合抗震墙,形成底部框架-密肋复合墙上部砌体结构,从框架-复合墙受力特点、框架与复合墙协同工作模型、复合墙有效刚度等方面对其抗震性能进行了详细分析,结合相关试验给出了底部框架密肋复合墙房屋结构实用抗震设计方法和构造措施.
