露天矿区可持续性综合评价的集对分析法

基于集对分析理论提出了一种综合评价露天矿区可持续性的新方法。与以往的评价指标体系相比,该方法使露天矿区可持续性评价更符合"综合评价"和"定量化评价"的要求,重视信息处理中的相对性、模糊性,得到的评价结果简单、形象且具有更强的操作性和政策内涵。同时,该评价模型克服了传统指标体系在加权计算时权重处理的主观性强、任意性大,存在一定的不确定性,在实践中也会出现种种估值困难等缺陷。文中将该方法应用于南芬露天矿区1995-2007年可持续性的评价,结果表明该方法是一种综合评价露天矿区可持续性的有效方法。

Set pair analysis of sustainability comprehensive assessment in surface mining area

A method based on set pair analysis for comprehensive assessment on sustainability in mining areas is proposed.Comparing to other assessment methods,this method meets the "comprehensive evaluation"and "quantitative evaluation"requirements of sustainability assessment in mining areas.This method emphasizes on the relativity and ambiguous nature during information processing.The results are simple and image.Meanwhile,the set pair analysis method with higher resolving power and greater practicability reduced the artificial subjective factors in the course of assessment.The method is used to evaluate the sustainability of Nanfen open-pit areas from 1995~2007.The empirical research demonstrates that the proposed method is a good comprehensive assessment method for sustainability in mining areas.
