摘    要:绍兴电力局袍江供电分局通过以优化用电方案为主的全新需求侧载体,对占社会用电比重最大的工业用电客户进行科学合理用电引导,针对工业用户普遍存在的"大马拉小车"、功率因数不达标、峰谷用电不合理、谐波污染严重等问题,为用户提供不同的解决方案,从而使用电企业生产成本降低,供电企业提升资产运营效率,促进全社会节能降耗。

Abstract:Through optimizing power consumption plan of demand side carriers,Shaoxing electric power bureau Paojiang branch guides industrial power clients that have considerable proportion in power consumption use power energy scientifically.According to problems of nonstandard power factors,inconsiderable peak-valley power consumption and harmonic overrun and so on,different solution are provided for consumers.Then it would reduce cost of power consumption enterprises,upgrade operating efficiency of power supply companies and promote power conservation of all society.
