| 摘 要： | 利用银杏叶提取染液对棉织物进行染色,同时使用明矾作为媒染剂进行了媒染处理。通过正交试验和单因素分析,确定了银杏叶染纯棉织物的最佳染色工艺条件为染料质量浓度35 g/L,pH=11,染色温度70℃,染色时间35 min。结果表明,经媒染处理后的染色织物其耐洗牢度和摩擦牢度均较未媒染织物提高1~2级。

| Abstract: | Cotton fabric was dyed with dye liquor extracted from gingko leaf using alum as mordant agent.The optimal conditions for dyeing were determined using the methods of orthogonal experiment.The optimum dyeing condition was 35 g/L dyeing bath,pH=11,bath temperature 70 ℃ and dyeing time 35 min.The washing fastness and rubbing fastness of the dyed fabric were improved by 1-2 degree by treating with mordant. |
