| 摘 要： | 为了更好地反映自然界的优胜劣汰,提出改进的遗传算法。在改进的交叉与变异运算中引入个体的适应度。把改进的遗传算法应用于车牌图像分割中,并根据车牌中字符分布的特点,利用车牌内部灰度值的变化频率实现车牌定位。实验结果表明该算法不仅可以获得较好的车牌分割效果,而且能提高车牌定位的速度。

| Abstract: | The improved genetic algorithm is proposed in order to better reflect the survival of the fittest.In the new algorithm,the fitness is introduced in the operation of crossover and mutation.The improved genetic algorithm is applied to the image segmentation of license plate,according to the character distributing in the license plate,license plate localization is implemented by the gray change frequency location.Experiment results show the algorithm can not only get better effect of segmentation to the license plate,but also improve the speed of license plate location. |
