樟脑电合成龙脑

摘    要:研究了以铝片为阳极、石墨为阴极,在无隔膜电解槽中电还原樟脑合成龙脑。分别讨论了反应时间、温度以及导电盐的量对反应的影响。在40℃电解8 h,龙脑产率为40.0%,其中正龙脑产率为31.3%,异龙脑产率为8.7%,比值为3.6∶1。

Abstract:Electro-generated borneol using camphor as a starting material was studied.The aluminum anode and the graphite cathode were used in a diaphragmless cell.Effects of the reaction time,temperature and the quantity of conduction salt on the experimental results were discussed.The result showed that the yield of borneol was 40.0%,of which,borneol and isoborneol were 31.3% and 8.7%,respectively at 40 ℃ for 8 h,and the mass ratio of borneol to isoborneol in the product was 3.6 ∶1.
