摘    要:三峡永久船闸人字门顶枢预应力锚杆安装是三峡永久船闸金属结构和机电设备预埋件中难度最大的项目。工程采用的在人字门顶枢A、B拉架预留槽内预处理应力锚杆的设计方案,在国内尚属首例。技术人员对安装工程的难点认真分析,对方案进行数次优化,圆满完成了任务,为我国人字形工作闸门顶枢预应力锚杆的安装积累了宝贵经验。

Abstract:The installation of pre stressed anchorage rod of top pintle of the miter gate of Three Gorges Permanent Lock is the most difficult item in the metal structures and mechanical and electrical equipment of Three Gorges Permanent Lock. The design scheme of installing pre stressed anchorage rod in the channels of A and B tension bar in the top pintle of miter gate has been adopted, which is the first one at home. The technicians seriously analyzed the installation difficulties and optimized the scheme so that they successfully completed the project construction task. It provides valuable experience for the installation of pre stressed anchorage rod in the top pintle of miter gate in China.
