摘    要:以惠来靖海电厂600MW超临界机组为例,针对超临界机组故障减负荷(runback,RB)功能的稳定投运对提高机组运行安全性、经济效益和社会效益的重要作用,研究和分析了超临界机组送引风机RB、给水泵RB、一次风机RB和空气预热器RB的控制策略、超临界直流炉RB动态特性、具体优化措施和现场试验情况,对同类机组RB试验的实施提供参考依据。

Abstract:Citing 600 MW supercritical units in Huilai Jinghai Power Plant for instance,aiming at the important effect of supercritical unit's stable runback(RB) on improving unit's running safety,economic and social benefits,a study is made on the control strategy of feed draft fan RB,feed water pump RB,primary fan RB and air pre-heater RB.The dynamic characteristic of supercritical once-through boiler and detailed optimization measures and field tests are analyzed.It is valuable to the RB tests in similar situations.
