| 摘 要： | 圆锯片的变形检测是对之进行应力预处理前的一道必需的工序,传统的测量手段比较落后.文章提出了一种基于PCI总线的新型测量方法,对测量方案和原理进行了比较详细地描述,并给出了部分原理图.
