摘    要:论述了含硫浸出渣硫回收车间建筑物、设备和管道的防腐设计。分析了腐蚀产生的原因和类型。针对装置物料温度高、成分复杂、腐蚀性强、固含量高的特点,对建筑、设备和管道的结构形式、材料选择及防腐措施提出了建议。

Abstract:Corrosion protection design of buildings, equipment and pipes in sulphur recovery plant fed by sulphur-containing leach residue is discussed. The causes and types of corrosion are analyzed. Some suggestions regarding structural form, material selection and corrosion protection measures for buildings, equipment and pipes are proposed according to the features of plant feed, such as high temperature, complicated composition, strong corrosion and high solid content.
