摘    要:介绍了伴热电缆的结构、液硫管道电伴热系统的设计和安装。论述了影响电伴热液硫管道可靠、有效运行的主要因素,详述了在运行中遇到的问题及解决方法。指出优良的设计、正确的安装和良好的保温层质量是确保电伴热液硫管道正常运行的重要因素。

Abstract:The structure of electric heat tracing cable, as well as design and installment of electric heat tracing system for liquid sulphur pipelines are described. Key points influencing reliable and effective operation of heat- traced liquid sulphur pipelines are discussed and the problems encountered during operation and corresponding solutions are detailed. It is pointed out that excellent design, proper installment and good insulation quality are critical for normal operation of heat-traced liquid sulphur pipelines.
