| Abstract: | The structure of electric heat tracing cable, as well as design and installment of electric heat tracing system for liquid sulphur pipelines are described. Key points influencing reliable and effective operation of heat- traced liquid sulphur pipelines are discussed and the problems encountered during operation and corresponding solutions are detailed. It is pointed out that excellent design, proper installment and good insulation quality are critical for normal operation of heat-traced liquid sulphur pipelines. |
