基于LabVIEW的智能粘度仪设计

摘    要:传统的粘度检测仪器体积庞大、测量过程烦琐,并且测量数据可操作性差。本文设计了一种基于LabVIEW的智能粘度仪,介绍了其硬件构成与工作原理,详细阐述了LabVIEW通过VISA操作仪器的软件流程和实现方法,并对系统的安全性设计做了简要介绍。实测结果表明,基于LabVIEW的智能粘度仪操作简单,测量准确,智能化程度高,仪器的各项指标均达到或优于国家标准要求,计时误差小于0.01s,同列重复性优于0.3%,水浴温度控制准确度达0.05℃。

Abstract:It is huge volume, trouble measurement process and poor data interoperability in traditional viscosity measurement equipment. In this paper, the hardware structure and principle of an intelligent viscometer based on Lab-VIEW is introduced. The software flow and implementation method, in which LabVIEW controls the instrument via VISA, is elaborated, and the security design of the system is briefly introduced.
