| 摘 要： | 从1995年《食品卫生法》首次赋予保健食品法律地位，到如今《食品安全法》的颁布实施，我国保健食品不断发展，与保健食品相关的法律法规和标准也越来越多。为了理顺保健食品法规体系和标准体系的发展脉络，本文以《保健食品注册管理办法(试行)》为核心，按照申请与审批、原料与辅料、标签与说明、实验与检验、生产经营管理、再注册等方面已经颁布的法律、法规、规章和标准进行系统阐述，总结我国保健食品的法规体系和标准体系现状。
