| 摘 要： | 在我国目前的各种应用软件中，会计软件是较为成功的产品之一，正处于由核算型向管理型、决策型的过度阶段。同时，在发展过程中也存在着不少局限性。Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎ－ｔｒａｎｅｔ的兴起为财会信息系统的发展提供了广阔的空间，基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的财会信息系统必然会对传统会计观念产生巨大的冲击。会计软件必须突破单纯模拟手工的设计方式，并与业务流程重组（ＢＰＲ）相结合，从而为会计改革提供强有力的手段
