绿色高速干式切削技术的研究内容及其发展

摘    要:综合评述了绿色高速干式切削加工技术的研究内容,讨论了其加工技术的特点及优势,详细分析了实现高速干式切削加工的关键技术(包括机床、刀具及涂层、加工参数等),简要介绍了高速干式切削加工技术的实际应用和研究现状,指出高速干式切削将是绿色制造的重要发展方向。

Abstract:The research contents of high-speed dry cutting technology are summarized in this paper.Its characters and advantages are discussion,The key technologies to carry out the high-speed dry cutting,including machine tool technique,cutting tool and coatings and machining parameters etc,are analyzed in detail.The practical applications of high-speed dry cutting technology are introduced briefly.It is indicated that the green cutting technology will be a important developing direction of green manufacture.
