再加工能力评估指数的研究

随着环境的恶化，特别是土地的污染，使人们逐渐开始研发环保型产品。环保型产品与传统产品最大不同点就是可重新利用，即通过生产可重新制造型产品来减少对环境的影响，而且产品的生命周期可以延长。与原始材料循环相比，产品的基本几何形状可以得到，产品相关的经济和环保价值可以维持。基于此思想，笔者研究了产品回收中的再加工方式，提出了一种能够有效地衡量产品的再加工能力评估指数。此指数不仅能为产品回收厂提供一个评估产品回收价值参数，并能为产品设计者获得产品再加工能力的反馈提供了一个相对有效的手段。

Raseach on Assessment Index of Remanufacture Ability

With worsening of environment,especially pollution of land, people start to concern about the design of environment pollution proof products. A significant feature of environmental products is its re use.Environment pollation can be reduced through producing reproducible product, and the recycle of products can be prolonged.In comparison with material recycling, the geometrical shape of the products remained the same and its economical and environmental values can be maintained.Based on this idea,the paper researched the style of remanufacture in the recycle of product,and gave a calculating formula for index of remanufacture ability of products, and provide a relative effective means to evaluate remanufacture ability of products for designer.
