摘    要:采用传统的采矿方法选择流程来确定部分难采矿体的最优采矿方法,易出现无采矿方法可选或实际技术经济指标不理想的局面。为了增强产状复杂矿体采矿方法选择的有效性,通过理论指导与实际案例相结合的方式,提出了一套融入采矿方法创新与方案优化的采矿方法选择流程;然后以某锰矿山西北区域倾角变化矿体为例,针对经过传统采矿方法选择流程选出的浅孔留矿法存在的矿石运搬困难、构造区地压显现等问题,优化设计了一种能够适应多层状且倾角变化的倾斜矿体采矿方案。工程应用表明,新方案将回采率至少提高了16%,给该锰矿山采矿方案提供了更优的技术选择,为类似矿体的开采提供了参考。

Innovation optimization and application of mining method for a manganese orebody with variable dip angle

Abstract:The traditional mining method selection process was used to determine the optimal mining method for some difficult orebodies, which was prone to the situation that there was no optional mining method or the actual technical and economic indicators were not ideal. To enhance the effectiveness of mining method selection for orebody with a complex occurrence, a set of mining method selection processes integrating mining method innovation and method optimization was proposed by combining theoretical guidance with practical cases. Then, taking the dip angle changing orebody in the northwest of a manganese orebody as an example, aiming at the short-hole shrinkage method selected through the traditional mining method selection process had the problems of difficult ore transportation or ground pressure appearance in the structural area on the inclined orebody with variable dip angle, a mining method of inclined orebody which could adapt to multi-layer and variable dip angle was optimized and designed. The engineering application showed that the method had increased the recovery rate by at least 16%, which provided a better technical choice for the mining method of a manganese mine and provided a reference for the mining of similar orebody.
