摘    要:本文对添加不同含量的粉煤灰后,熟料水化过程中重金属元素(Cr、Mn、Cu、Pb、Zn)存在形式及其浸出毒性进行了实验和探讨。随着粉煤灰掺入量由0%提升至10%,水化产物形貌中微细孔增多,重金属元素在C-S-H中富集程度增加,熟料重金属元素浸出毒性呈现不同程度下降趋势,最大下降幅度达到56.1%,主要因为微细孔对重金属有较好的吸附作用,且重金属元素在水化产物周围的富集程度增加,有助于重金属离子以较为稳定的形态固化在水化产物中。

Effects of fly ash on the form of heavy metals in cement
Abstract:In this paper, the existence forms of heavy metal elements (Cr, Mn, Cu, Pb, Zn) and their leaching toxicity in the clinker hydration process after adding different contents of fly ash were tested and discussed. After adding fly ash, heavy metal elements in C-S-H are enriched to different degrees in the hydration product of clinker. The degree of decline trended, with the largest decline reaching 56.1%, mainly because micropores have a good adsorption effect on heavy metals, and the concentration of heavy metal elements around the hydration products increased, It is helpful to solidify heavy metal ions in hydration products in a relatively stable form.
