摘    要:为探究沉水植物对鄱阳湖底泥复合重金属污染的富集效果,利用狐尾藻、金鱼藻、苦草、菹草四种沉水植物在南矶山和乐安河两种底泥中进行生态缸种植试验,对植物重金属含量及生理特性进行研究。结果表明,沉水植物能够有效富集重金属,并且在重金属的胁迫下体现不同的抗性。狐尾藻对铜和铅的吸附效率高,苦草可以作为铜的稳定剂并且具有良好抗性,菹草虽对锌富集效果好但抗性较差,容易受重金属的胁迫。研究结果能够为重金属污染底泥的植物修复治理提供参考。

Abstract:In order to investigate enrichment effect of submerged plants on heavy metal pollution in sediment of Poyang Lake, four submerged plants, Myriophyllum spicatum L., Ceratophyllum demersum L., Vallisneria natans (Lour.) Hara and Potamogeton crispus L. were selected to conduct ecological tank planting experiments in sediment of Nanjishan wetlands and Le"an River to study heavy metal content and tolerance characteristics of the plants. The results show that submerged plants can effectively enrich heavy metals and show different resistance to heavy metal stress. Myriophyllum spicatum L. has high adsorption efficiency for Cu and Pb, Vallisneria natans (Lour.) Hara can be used as Cu stabilizer and has good resistance, Potamogeton crispus L. has good enrichment effect for Zn but poor resistance, easy to be stressed by heavy metals. This study can provide reference for phytoremediation of heavy metal contaminated sediment.
