入世后我国铸造工业前景展望与建议

入世对我国铸造工业总体来说,影响不大,福大于祸,能起到“提纯净化,加速进步,促进发展”的作用。作者预测：在今后一段时间内,在铸件产量、管理工作、专业化生产、虚拟化生产、环境保护和劳动保护以及重点铸造技术方面,会有较快较大的进步与发展。但在发展道路上,有两大障碍急待克服,即陈旧的概念和较弱的人才素质。这两问题如不解决,美好前景就难于全面实现。文章最后提出克服两大障碍的5点建议。

Prospects of the Foundry Industry After China's Accession to WTO

What will be the effect on the foundry industry after China's accession to WTO? Generally speaking, the impact will not be dramatic, rather benefit will be more prominent than the disadvantages. The challenges ensuing from the accession may detonate "purification, progress acceleration and faster development" of Chinese foundry industry . The author forecasts that in the foreseeable future, there will be greater progress and development in the fields of casting quality, management, specialization, virtual production, environment control and foundry technologies . But two major barriers must be overcome on the way to prosperity, which are conservative concepts and the comparatively low "quality" of foundry personnel. The paper finally deals with five proposals in relation to the removal of the two roadblocks.
