| 摘 要： | GIR制造技术不断提高，应用越来越广泛，但是现在的GTR的驱动、保护等方法还不尽完善，在大量实验的基础上，本文通过对驱动和保护电路的新设计，使得GTR PWM的性能有了显著改善。

| Abstract: | The widely used GTR is much effective with raising of manufacturing technique of GTR.But problems,such as method of drive and protection of GTR still remain unsolved.The new designing of driver and protection circuits are presented in this paper,based on the results of experments.New methods can obviously improve the properties of GTR PWM. |
