摘    要:军队饮食保障工作的本质属性决定了与军营饮食文化的必然联系。为了在新时代引领我军提高饮食保障质量,提升基层官兵生活水平,增强部队的凝聚力和战斗力,有效履行我军历史使命,必须加强现代军营饮食文化建设,推动部队饮食保障向“健康、文明、安全、质量、人文、效益”的方向发展。

Abstract:The basic attributes of military dietary supporting system determine its close relationship with the military cuisine culture. In order to enhance the military dietary support quality, to improve the living stand,ards of the basic unit army forces, to strengthen the military integration and effectiveness and to fulfill the mili tary mision,the project of building up modern military dietary culture is underway which may push forward our military dietary supporting system healthy, civilized, secure, qualified, humane and efficient.
