摘    要:研究了酚醛树脂常温发泡的最适宜条件。结果表明,甲醛与苯酚的摩尔比为1.8~2.0,树脂粘度在2~4 Pa.s(36℃),树脂固含量在78%~81%的甲阶酚醛树脂常温发泡效果最好;环境温度在17~25℃时,最适宜常温发泡;发泡剂用量与泡体性能的关系为:发泡剂用量增大,泡沫体表观密度和压缩强度降低,发泡剂用量14.0%后,泡沫体的密度变化不大。环境温度不同,固化剂的种类与比例也不同。

Study on the foamable of phenolic resin at room temperature
Abstract:In this paper,phenolic resin at room temperature for the most appropriate conditions for foaming.The results showed that molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenol 1.8 to 2.0,the resin viscosity at the 2~ 4 Pa·s(36 ℃),resin which solid content of 78%~ 81% of the A class of phenolic resin foam best at room temperature;ambient temperature at 17~25 ℃,the most appropriate foaming at room temperature;blowing agent usage and the relationship between the performance of foam body are:increased use of foam,foam density and compressive strength,surface view of lower-fat,foam dosage of more than 14.0%,the little change in the density of foam.The ambient temperature is different from the kinds and proportions of curing agents are also different.
