| 摘 要： | 职业院校的教师,由于其教育对象是准职业人,是对人进行职业塑造,所以,职业院校教师的使命就要求其具有高尚的师德。本文通过对职业院校师德建设工程设计思路分析,提出职业院校师德建设工程的内涵和要素、方式和方法等,以促进职业院校师德建设工程持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | It is teachers' duty to give students occupational cultivation,so they must have high professional ethics.By analyzing the design ideas of the construction project of professional ethics in vocational colleges,this essay discusses about the connotation,factors and approaches of the project so as to promote its durative and healthy development. |
