| Abstract: | In this paper, the necessity of establishing harmonious dispute resolution mechanism of construction contract is analyzed, the system of the harmonious dispute resolution mechanism of construction contract is established, and based on discussing the main problems during the establishing harmonious dispute resolution mechanism of construction contract ,some ideas of establishing the mechanism are put forward. |
