摘    要:分别选用氧化钾、氧化钠、锌的次灵敏线769.9、330.3和307.6 nm,以空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对高炉炼铁炉料用含铁尘泥中高含量的氧化钾、氧化钠、锌的测定进行了研究,通过实验得到仪器最佳工作条件,从而建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定高炉炼铁炉料用含铁尘泥中高含量的氧化钾、氧化钠、锌的分析方法。本方法准确、简便、快速。用该法对已知结果结晶器保护渣、除尘灰、消泡剂等试样进行了测定,测定结果与ICP-AES法测定结果相符。

Abstract:Selecting potassium oxide,sodium oxide,zinc subsensitive line 769.9,330.3,307.6 nm.The Iron-bearing dust of blast furnace burden in the high levels of potassium oxide,sodium oxide,zinc was determined by air-acetylene flame atomic Absorption spectrometry.Through experiments,optimum working conditions was established,and creating a flame atomic Absorption spectrometric determination of Iron-bearing dust of blast furnace with high content of potassium oxide,sodium oxide,zinc analysis.This method is accurate,simple and fast.The method was applied to the determination of the known results mold powder,dust,defoamers and other samples,and the result was in agreement with the value of ICP-AES method.
