基于数值模拟与正交试验结合的注塑模多工艺参数优化设计

摘    要:综合考察及评价多个工艺参数对注塑翘曲变形的影响,以计算机显示器薄壳件为研究对象建立仿真模型。通过正交试验法安排试验,用Moldflow注塑成型分析软件进行流动仿真,获得试验数据。从试验数据的级差分析,讨论工艺对制品质量的影响,从而得到最优工艺参数组合。

Abstract:Several process parameters influencing the warp distortion are synthetically studied.Taking display of computer thin plastic shell as research object,arrange the combination of process parameters in orthogonal experiment and use Moldflow to simulate the process of flow,and than obtain the experimental data.Finally,the relation between variable and index is studied within the range of research on the analytic result of data statistic,and then obtained optimal process parameters.
