摘    要:在首秦4300mm轧机上采用控轧控冷工艺对110mm厚Q345B板坯进行轧制,轧后进行正火热处理,通过对z向拉伸试样断口的研究及分析,指出了影响钢板z向性能的主要因素。

Abstract:Q345B steel plate with thickness of 110 mm is produced with TMCP process on 4 300 mm medium plate mill of Shougang Qinhuangdao, normalizing heat treatment was carried on after rolling. Through studying and analyzing the fracture of Z - directional tensile specimen, the main factors affecting Z - directional properties of steel plate was revealed.
