| 摘 要： | 国务院于2011年12月30日印发的《工业转型升级规划（2011—2015年）》（以下简称《规划》），是进一步调整和优化经济结构、促进工业转型升级的重要举措。《规划》提出了到2015年工业转型升级的主要目标、重点行业的发展导向和升级路径等战略构想，对于今后加快我国工业发展方式转变、促进工业健康可持续发展、实现我国工业由大到强具有重要意义。现就机械工业转型升级提出以下3点建议。

| Abstract: | 《Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Plan in 2011—2015》was published by the State Council on 30th Dec,2011. The plan includes the main object of the transformation and upgrading,development direction of the important industry etc.It plays a very important role in the adjustment and optimization of economic structure, the transformation and upgrading of the industry,sustainable development etc. |
