小功率BJT管脚管型自动判别电路设计

摘    要:本设计采用单片机AT89C2051作为中心控制单元,设计出了自动判别三极管管脚、类型的电路。该电路能迅速自动识别常见中小功率三极管的管型和管脚,并由相应的指示电路显示出判断结果。电路相对较简单,测试方便、快捷,测试结果准确,造价较低,功能扩展性强,升级方便。

Abstract:tin this paper, the circuit uses AT89C2051 as the central control unit, it can identify the pin and the type of BJT automatically. The circuit can automatically and rapidly identify the tube type and pins of low-power transistor, the judgment result will be shown in display circuit. This design has some advantage such as the circuit is relatively simple, testing is quickly and accurate, the instrument is has a low price and easy to expand and upgrade.
