摘 要: | 为了满足国内第1台钻深12000m钻机的配套需要,研制开发了4410kW(6000hp)石油钻井绞车。介绍了6000hp石油钻井绞车的传动方案及结构形式,对绞车提升性能进行了分析,同时分析了绞车模块化、高速大功率齿轮减速箱、超大型绞车滚筒体、液压盘式刹车以及电动机等关键技术。厂内试验表明,该绞车滚筒转速最高为250r/min,噪声低于90dB,轴承温升及油池温升均不高于40℃,无漏油现象,控制阀件灵敏可靠。试验结果基本达到最初的设计要求。

Technical analysis of oil drilling drawworks of 6 000 hp |

Abstract: | In order to meet the requirement of the first drilling rig of 12 000 m in the country,the drawworks of 4 410 kW(6 000 hp)is developed.The drive scheme and structure form of the drawworks are presented and the lifting performance is analyzed.In addition,the key technologies such as drawworks modularization,high-speed large power gear box,ultra-large drawworks drum,hydraulic disc brake and electric motor are also analyzed.The test results show that the maximum rotating speed of the drawworks drum is 250 r/min,the noise is lower than 90 dB and the temperature increase in bearing and oil pool are both not higher than 40 ℃.It has no oil leakage and the controlling valves are sensitive and reliable.The test result basically reaches the initial design demand. |
