基于威布尔模型的数控机床可靠性分析

摘    要:针对数控机床的运行可靠性规律进行了研究。根据采集的国产机床运行数据,对其无故障运行间隔时间进行统计分析,确定其分布类型服从威布尔分布。利用威布尔分布的参数评估方法,确定出三参数威布尔分布的各个特征量,并与两参数威布尔分布相比较。运用威布尔分布模型及可靠性评定方法确定出数控机床的平均无故障时间和使用可靠性规律。

Abstract:The operation reliability of CNC machine tools is researched. According to the operation data collected in the home-made numerical control machine, its trouble-free time data which distribution type is Weibull distribution is analyzed. The evaluation method of the Weibull distribution is used to determine the feature parameters of the 3-parameter Weibull distribution, which is compared with the 2-parameter weibull distribution. Weibull distribution model and reliability assessment method are used to determine the MTBF and reliability rule of CNC Machine Tools.
