精密定位胀销的设计研究

摘    要:定位胀销结构形式简单,用于油缸两端铰耳、连杆两端铰耳等旋转铰接部位,实现无间隙紧密定位,可靠性高。文中对定位胀销的结构原理进行了详细分析。利用Ansys workbench对定位胀销的强度进行了非线性静态结构分析。

Abstract:The bulge shaft for positioning is designed for both ends of the cylinder hinge, link hinge such as rotating hinge on both ends of the connecting rod. It can achieve seamless positioning,and has higher reliability. In this paper, the structure and principles of the bulge shaft for positioning are analyzed. Using the software Ansys workbench,the nonlinear static structure strength of the bulge shaft for positioning are analyzed.
