钛合金铣削刀具设计方法研究

摘    要:钛合金属典型的难加工材料,文中从介绍钛合金的加工特点入手,提出一种新的钛合金铣刀设计方法,加工实践表明,该铣刀可提高切削效率及刀具寿命,改善钛合金切削加工困难状况。

Abstract:Titanium alloy is a typical difficult to machine materials. According to the machinability of titanium alloy, a new design method of milling cutter is proposed. Processing practice shows that the new milling cutter can effectively improve tool life as well as the difficult situation of titanium machining.
