交叉滚子轴承在数控立式车床主轴中的应用

摘    要:在数控车床的主轴结构中,回转工作台轴承作为转台的核心部件,在保证其回转精度方面起着至关重要的作用。文中通过对交叉滚子轴承与传统双轴承结构在数控立式车床机床上的应用进行了对比,分析了两种结构在实际使用过程中的利弊,为类似产品的设计及改进提供参考。

Abstract:In the CNC lathe spindle structure, rotary table bearing is the core component of rotary table, which plays a crucial role for ensuring the accuracy of its rotation. Based on the comparison between the cross roller bearing structure and conventional dual bearing structure in the practical application of CNC vertical lathe machine, advantages and disadvantages of these two structures in the actual application are analyzed, which provide reference for product design and improvement.
