旋转超声换能器的建模与仿真

摘    要:在输入功率一定的一维纵振旋转超声加工系统中,为高效、精确地获取加工刀具末端的输出振幅,文中根据牛顿定律将换能器抽象为一个由质量、刚度和阻尼3个参数来描述的动力学模型。然后利用MATLAB/Simulink软件对换能器系统进行动力学仿真,分析超声换能器的数学模型及状态空间仿真模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS验证MATLAB/Simulink仿真的准确性。换能器末端输出振幅的大小直接影响超声振动系统的加工性能,得到的仿真结果为超声振动系统的设计和改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In the one-dimensional longitudinal vibration rotary ultrasonic machining system while the input power is set, in order to obtain the tip of the tool’s amplitude efficiently and accurately, the transducer system can be abstracted as a dynamic model described with mass, stiffness and damping according to Newton ’s law. Then the MATLAB/ Simulink software is used to carry out dynamics simulations of the transducer system, the mathematical model and the state space simulation model of the ultrasonic transducer are studied, the ANSYS software is used to verify the exactness of the MATLAB/Simulink. The amplitude of transducer tip will influence the processability of the ultrasonic vibration system directly, the simulation results provides a new method for the design of the ultrasonic vibration system.
