超声电磁耦合场对GCr15轴承钢圆柱滚子组织性能的影响

摘    要:取同一批次轴承用GCr15钢圆柱滚子清洗后研磨、抛光,用腐蚀液腐蚀抛光后的样品,观察试样的金相后采用三种不同的电磁、超声耦合能量场处理试样,发现超声耦合能量场作用下晶粒尺寸呈现细化、均匀趋势,试样的抗弯强度和洛氏硬度都有所提高。改变电磁、超声耦合能量场工艺方案,GCr15钢圆柱滚子的力学性能和金相呈现一定的变化趋势;找到使GCr15钢圆柱滚子性能最佳的处理工艺,此结论可以应用于以后的实践生产。并在此基础上探讨了电磁效应对GCr15钢圆柱滚子金相显微结构细化和均匀化的作用机制。

Abstract:The same batch of GCr15 steel cylindrical roller bearings are cleaned for grinding and polishing. Samples are polished in corrosion liquid, three different types of electromagnetic, ultrasonic coupling field are used to process samples after metallographic observation. It is found that the ultrasonic coupling field can make the grain size refinement and uniform, and can improve the bending strength and rockwell hardness of sample. The electromagnetic and ultrasonic coupling field processing plan are changed, GCr15 steel cylindrical roller mechanical properties and metallographic presents certain trends. The best treatment process of GCr15 steel cylindrical roller is found. The conclusion can be applied to the practice of production in the future. And on this basis, the action mechanism of electromagnetic effect on GCr15 steel cylindrical roller metallographic microstructure refinement and homogenization is discussed.
