一型高温压力试验装置设计与研究

摘    要:在一型镍基合金高温压力试验装置的设计过程中,在常规设计的同时以分析设计公式对常规设计结论进行了验证,解决了高温压力容器液压试验过高引发的疑问,后续产品实验验证了设计结果正确。该容器的成功研制,为同类压力容器的设计与研制提供了良好的理论基础和详实的参考数据。

Abstract:A high-temperature nickel-base alloy pressure test deviceis designed, by the conventional design method. Analysis and design of conventional design formulas conclusions were verified to solve the high temperature caused by excessive pressure vessel hydraulic test questions. Experiment verifies that the design results is correctl. The successful development of the container provides a good theoretical basis and reference for the same pressure vessel design and development.
