| 摘 要： | 介绍了双乙酸钠的生产工艺技术及应用。从生产工艺条件和特点上，对比和分析了5种双乙酸钠的生产方法。认为醋酸-氢氧化钠法为最理想的绿色生产方法，并展望了其应用前景。

| Abstract: | Production technique of sodium diacetate and its application were introduced. Production process of five kinds of sodium diacetate were compared and analyzed from conditions and characteristics. It showed that the acetic acid-caustic soda was the best greening production process, and viewed its prospect. |
